My Diary: Cake testing day :)

Mocha is one of my favourite top three coffee :)

So today, I thought I will try make a mocha mousse cake!

I've actually saw this cake and the design from a book that i bought lately.

This recipe actually turned out tasting really good! :D
This is gonna be a new cake for my online cake shop!

As you can all see, hehe it is in a lovely raindrop shape!

I've stocked up a lot of new mousse rings lately! I am in love with them!

I've put chocolate swiss rolls around the edge of the mousse.. looks cool right?

This whole combination of the cake just taste great!

I've put 2 pieces of chocolate cake inbetween the mousse, so it won't just be mousse which will be a bit too much.
