I have been testing out new combination of unusual cakes today.
I have try to make Tofu and Greentea cheesecake together in 2 layers on top of each other with a layer of greentea jelly glazing.
But the greentea jelly powder I used didnt really gave me looking I wanted it to be.
I expected it to be clear and quite see through, but it turned out to be kinda too dark?
Surprisingly, this combination actually quite suit each other? Especially for tofu and greentea lovers!
